Pipeline

Move candidates through your hiring stages, from sourced to hired.

The pipeline is the funnel every candidate moves through for a role. It gives you one view of where everyone stands.

Stages

The core stages are:

  1. Sourced: found for the role, awaiting evaluation.
  2. Eligible: passed FitCheck (Bullseye / Fit / Wildcard).
  3. Interviewing: in your interview process.
  4. Hired / Rejected: the outcome.

You can add custom stages inside interviewing (for example: phone screen, technical, final), each with its own scheduling setup.

Moving candidates

Advance a candidate by moving them to the next stage. Stage changes trigger the right follow-up automatically, for example:

  • Entering Interviewing enrolls applicants in an inbound scheduling campaign.
  • A reply on an active sequence stops outreach and surfaces in Slack.
  • Marking a candidate Rejected logs the reason and archives them.

Custom stages support branched interview processes: a technical track and a final round can run as separate stages on the same role.

Keeping the team aligned

Pipeline activity (new candidates, replies, and stage changes) can post to Slack, so stakeholders stay current without opening the app.
