Interview stages
Each interview step is a stage on the role. For each stage you set:
- the scheduling mode (connected calendar, an external booking link, or manual),
- the interviewer(s) and any instructions, and
- the booking link when using an external scheduler.

What candidates experience
When a candidate reaches an interview stage, Superposition sends a scheduling request within sending hours, then handles confirmations and reminders. Bookings and reminders also surface in Slack so interviewers are never caught off guard.
Availability and reminders respect the candidate's and your team's time zones.
The agent knows when an interview is booked
With a connected calendar, the agent sees when an interview lands and adjusts on its own. It doesn't matter how the event got there, a booking link or an event your team added by hand both count. Once an interview is on the calendar, the agent stops chasing that candidate, moves them to the right stage, and stops nagging you about scheduling. After the interview passes, it can prompt you for feedback or move the candidate forward. There's nothing to toggle; this is on as soon as a calendar is connected.
