Notion & external tools
Connect Notion, Linear, or any MCP server so the recruiting agent can use them.
Give the recruiting agent the context and tools your team already uses. Superposition connects out to external MCP servers such as Notion, Linear, or a custom server, so the agent can read project and task context (hiring plans, role briefs, scorecards) and factor it into sourcing, fit, and outreach. When a new role opens, for example, the agent can pull the hiring brief from your workspace on its own instead of waiting for you to paste it in.
This is the inbound half of Superposition's bidirectional MCP support. (To use Superposition from your own AI client, see the Remote MCP server.)
Connect a tool
In the app, go to Settings → Integrations → MCP and, under Add third party MCP servers to Superposition, choose Add server:
- Add the tool's MCP server (for example, Notion or Linear) and authorize it. Most use OAuth; custom servers can use a bearer token.
- Superposition discovers the server and shows its status (e.g. Reachable) and the tools it exposes.
- The Superposition agent can now call those tools while it works your roles.
Connect the tools your team plans hiring in. Access is scoped to what you authorize at connect time, and you can disable or remove a server at any point.
Supported tools
- Notion: give the agent read access to relevant pages and databases.
- Linear: project and issue context.
- Custom MCP servers: point Superposition at any MCP server URL; it discovers the server and authenticates with OAuth or a bearer token.
