Choose and connect the mailboxes your recruiting agent uses for candidate conversations.
Superposition sends candidate emails and reads replies through a connected sender. There are three setup options:
- Superposition-provisioned mailboxes: your account team arranges a dedicated recruiting domain and mailboxes.
- Bring your own domain: use a dedicated subdomain on your company's domain and add the DNS records shown in your setup.
- Connect Gmail: authorize an existing Gmail mailbox from Settings → Mailbox.

Candidates who bounce, unsubscribe, or ask not to be contacted are suppressed automatically across your organization.
