ATS

Hand candidates off to your applicant tracking system automatically.

If your team runs an applicant tracking system, Superposition can submit candidates into it for you, so the ATS stays the system of record without anybody re-entering people by hand.

Settings → ATS (admins only).

Setting it up

  1. Turn the ATS portal on.
  2. Paste your portal's submission URL.

The URL is validated before it is saved: it must be a public HTTPS address, and internal or private-network addresses are rejected. That check exists because this URL is fetched by our servers on your behalf, so it has to be somewhere the wider internet can reach.

When candidates are submitted

Two options, and the difference is about how much confidence you want before a candidate appears in your ATS:

  • On stage entry — the handoff happens as soon as the candidate reaches the relevant pipeline stage.
  • On first booked interview — the handoff waits until an interview is actually on the calendar.

Booked-interview is the quieter setting. A candidate who never schedules never reaches your ATS, which keeps it free of people your team did not end up speaking to.

Duplicates

A candidate is submitted once per role. Repeat attempts inside a short window are collapsed, and completed submissions are recorded, so a stage change that fires twice or a retried workflow does not create a duplicate application in your ATS.
