Profile and connections

Your name and contact details, and the personal accounts you connect to Superposition.

Everything on this page is yours. It follows you between organizations, and nobody else in your workspace can use or manage it.

Profile

Settings → Profile holds the details that identify you to your team:

FieldUsed for
Full nameHow you appear on the team roster, in candidate timelines, and on interview invitations
EmailYour sign-in address and where account email is sent
Job titleContext on the roster, and in outreach where you are named as the person hiring
DepartmentContext on the roster

Job title and department are optional. Name and email are not: they appear in outreach and on calendar invitations that candidates see.

Changing your email changes the address you sign in with. Personal-provider and disposable domains are rejected, and the new address is normalized before it is saved.

Connections

Settings → Integrations holds connections for your own account:

  • Mailbox — your mailbox for sending on the organization's behalf. You authorize your own mailbox through the provider's consent screen, which is why this is a personal connection rather than an admin one.
  • Calendar — a Google or Outlook calendar, so interviews can be scheduled against your real availability.
  • LinkedIn — imports your own connections and followers as candidates.

Each is connect or disconnect and nothing more. Anything with real configuration behind it (channel routing, a mailbox roster, portal setup, a server registry) is an organization integration instead, and lives under Settings → Organization.

Because you authorized your own mailbox, you can also remove it yourself. Every other mailbox on the organization stays admin-only.

→ Setup details in Integrations.
