Settings

Workspace settings

Timezone, recruiting agencies, the audit log, and billing.

The rest of Settings → Organization. Everything here is set once and applies to the whole workspace.

Timezone

Settings → Timezone sets the timezone interviews and outreach are scheduled in.

It is one setting because it decides one thing: what "9am" means when the product picks a send time or offers an interview slot. Individual availability still comes from each person's connected calendar.

Agencies

Settings → Agencies (admins only) is where you give an external recruiting agency a way to submit candidates without giving them a seat in your workspace.

Each agency gets a public submission link. You assign it to specific roles, and for each assignment you choose how submissions are handled:

  • Direct — submitted candidates land in the pipeline.
  • FitCheck first — submissions are evaluated before they reach you.

The link is a submission capability, not a login: it grants exactly the ability to submit against the roles you assigned, nothing else, and you can revoke it at any time. Agencies never see your dashboard, your other roles, or anyone else's candidates.

Every submission keeps its provenance, so a candidate's detail page shows which agency sent them and when, including later duplicate submissions.

Audit log

Settings → Audit log (admins only) records every action taken in the organization, including actions taken by API keys and authorized applications rather than by a person.

Filter by who performed the action:

FilterMeans
SessionA signed-in person, acting in the dashboard
API keyA credential your organization issued
ApplicationA third-party app somebody authorized

That distinction is the point of the log. "Who changed this" has a different answer, and a different remedy, when it turns out to have been an integration rather than a colleague.

Security events land here too: two-factor enabled or disabled, passkeys added or removed, recovery codes regenerated, and changes to the two-factor requirement.

→ Issuing and scoping credentials: Authentication

Billing

Settings → Billing holds your plan, usage, and payment method.
