Team members
Invite people, set roles, and see who can do what in your organization.
Settings → Team Members is the roster: who is in the organization, what role they hold, and what is still outstanding.
Roles

There are two roles. Anything an admin can do, every admin can do.
Inviting someone
Admins can invite. Select Invite member, enter an email address, and choose the role they should join with.
The invitation is emailed and stays listed under Pending invitations until it is accepted, so you can see who has been asked and cancel an invitation that was sent by mistake. Accepting an invitation skips the welcome form: an invited person is joining an organization that already exists, so there is nothing for them to set up.
Invitations are checked against the same email policy as signup. Personal-provider and disposable domains are rejected at the point of invitation rather than at acceptance.
Reading the roster
Each person shows their name, email, and role. Two more markers appear where they are useful:
- You, on your own row.
- 2FA or No 2FA, visible to admins only. A non-admin sees neither, because the absent state would otherwise be a claim about a colleague whose security status was never loaded.
Changing a role
Admins can change anyone's role from the roster. The change takes effect on that person's next request; they do not need to sign out.
Removing someone, and leaving
Admins can remove anyone. Any member can remove themselves — leaving is not administration, so it does not require an admin. That is deliberate: handing an organization over and then leaving is an ordinary thing to want to do.
One rule holds regardless of who is asking, and it applies to demotion as well as removal: the organization has to still be runnable afterwards.
- It cannot lose its last admin. An organization with members but no admin is one where nobody can invite, promote, or remove anyone, and only Superposition support can undo it.
- It cannot lose its last member.
Either change is refused with an explanation rather than silently leaving the workspace stuck. If you are the only admin and want to leave, promote somebody first.
Removing someone ends their access immediately. It does not delete the work they did: candidates they sourced, notes they wrote, and interviews they ran stay with the organization.
