Connect a calendar and Superposition can read availability and book interviews for you, inside the interview stages you define.

Connect your calendar

1. Open your workspace integration settings.
2. Connect your calendar provider via OAuth.
3. On a role's interview stages, choose Calendar as the scheduling mode.

Superposition supports Google Calendar and other major providers through its calendar integration.

How it's used

When a candidate reaches an interview stage set to Calendar mode, Superposition reads your availability, sends the candidate a scheduling request within sending hours, and handles confirmations and reminders, all in the right time zones.

The agent watches your calendar

A connected calendar does more than book times. The agent watches for interview events and adjusts on its own, the way a teammate who checks the calendar before sending a follow-up would. It is agnostic about how the event got there: a candidate clicking a Calendly or Cal.com link, your EA adding a Google Calendar event by hand, it all counts. What matters is whether an interview is on the calendar.

Once one is, the agent:

• stops outreach to that candidate,
• moves them to the right stage in the pipeline,
• stops nagging you about scheduling, and
• waits for what comes next.

When the interview has passed, the agent knows that too, so it can prompt you for feedback or move the candidate forward. There's nothing to configure; connect the calendar and the agent starts knowing things it didn't before.
