Connect a mailbox so Superposition can send and receive candidate emails.
Superposition sends outreach and reads replies from a connected sender. You can connect your own mailbox or use managed delivery.
Connect Gmail
Connect a Gmail mailbox with OAuth (no passwords shared):
- Open your workspace integration settings.
- Choose Gmail and authorize access.
- Select the sender for a role and set its daily send limit.
Once connected, the recruiting agent sends from that mailbox and reads replies in the same thread, so conversations stay where candidates expect them.
Managed delivery
For higher-volume sending, Superposition supports managed delivery, dedicated sending infrastructure with warmed-up domains and per-role send limits. This is configured with your Superposition representative.
Each role picks which sender it uses and its daily quota, so multiple roles can run outreach without stepping on each other.
Candidates who bounce, unsubscribe, or ask not to be contacted are suppressed automatically across your organization.
