Scorecards
Turn your hiring priorities into focused interview questions and evidence your team can compare.
A shared standard makes every interview more useful. Superposition turns the role's FitCheck traits and each stage's goal into scorecard assessments, then prepares questions that help the candidate provide the evidence you need.
You decide what matters. The agent helps translate that into a practical interview plan; each interviewer records their own judgment.
Start with what the stage should establish
A founder screen and a technical deep dive should answer different questions. Set an Interview goal for each stage, and Superposition generates assessments using that goal, the stage's format and instructions, and the role's FitCheck traits.
For example, a technical stage might establish ownership of a production system, judgment during a rollout, and reliability under failure. You can edit the generated assessments to fit your hiring bar.

Put interview time toward what a profile cannot tell you
Traits marked Do not evaluate on paper take priority when they fit the stage and goal. The questions seek concrete examples of decisions, behavior, and outcomes. Missing résumé evidence for those traits is expected; the interview is where you explore them.
Every assessment gives the interviewer a shared Below / Meets / Exceeds standard. Candidate-specific questions map back to those assessments, connecting what you ask to what you need to learn.
Keep each interviewer's perspective
During a Signal call, interviewers can switch from prepared questions to their editable scorecard. After leaving, the same assessment is ready to finish on the feedback page. Recommendations, ratings, and evidence stay attributed to the person who submitted them.
The hiring team can compare feedback, see where interviewers disagree, and revisit the recording or transcript before deciding what to do next.
Preparation and interview feedback
A stage's goal and assessment standards can be configured independently of scheduling, including while scheduling is disabled. The in-call editor, completed interviewer scorecards, and recording-based review require Superposition Signal.
