Changes and follow-ups
Keep candidates and interviewers informed as bookings change, without managing every reminder yourself.
Scheduling continues after the first invitation. Superposition checks whether the candidate has replied, booked, rescheduled, or handed the conversation to a person before deciding what should happen next.
Follow up when a candidate has not booked
For an approved candidate who has not replied or booked, the agent can follow up on the invitation. It reads the latest email conversation first and stops chasing when a booking, reply, withdrawal, or human handoff changes the situation.
If the candidate remains unresponsive after the follow-up attempts, the candidate is surfaced as needing attention. You can decide whether to re-engage, involve a teammate, or stop pursuing the interview.
Move an existing booking
For built-in bookings, candidates use the reschedule or cancellation links in their confirmation. When a booked candidate asks the agent to move the interview, it uses the existing booking's reschedule link when available.
External schedulers manage their own booking changes. For manually coordinated interviews, the coordinating teammate confirms the replacement time. The agent does not tell the candidate a proposed time is booked until the booking or coordinator confirms it.
When a change is recorded, reminders follow the new booking time. Cancelled interviews do not keep their old reminder schedule.
Help candidates arrive ready
Candidate reminders can include the interview time, joining details, and preparation context. The agent checks recent messages before sending, so an already-confirmed or actively rescheduling candidate does not always need another nudge.
These reminders follow your communication settings. If your team owns candidate emails for the stage, your team handles those messages.
Brief the interviewer before the call
Interviewer briefings bring together the candidate's background, role context, résumé, joining link, and prepared questions when enough candidate context is available. They can arrive through the candidate's Slack thread and by email, with timing controlled by the stage's reminder settings.
The questions are tailored to the stage and candidate, using the same preparation available inside Signal. Briefings can also support interviews held through another conferencing provider.
Set up the scorecard so the briefing's questions reflect what this stage should establish.
Track the result in My Interviews
Use My Interviews → Upcoming for the confirmed conversation and join link. For automatic tracking of externally or manually booked interviews, connect the calendars of the stage's assigned interviewers.
If an external booking is not detected, tell the agent it has been booked and provide the date, time, and time zone when known. It can record the confirmed interview without sending another invitation.
After a Signal interview, review the conversation and save your scorecard.
