Traits marked Do not evaluate on paper get priority when they fit the stage: qualities such as decisions under ambiguity need evidence from a conversation. Each assessment sets out what Meets, Exceeds, and Below look like, so interviewers have a shared bar.

The interviewer-only Interview scorecard panel has two tabs: For this candidate and Scorecard. Move between questions and ratings, add evidence during the call, and save when you are ready. Your draft stays in place when you switch tabs or close the panel.

When you leave, Signal opens the feedback page so you can finish your assessment immediately. Each interviewer saves their own recommendation and evidence; the team can compare those views afterward.

Candidates get a focused joining screen with camera and audio checks. Interviewers get private preparation, optional waiting-room admission, screen sharing, chat, captions, background blur, and a join link they can copy from the room header.

The candidate does not see the interviewer's questions or hiring-team scorecards. Recording and transcription are disclosed before joining.
